The property, located at 102 Beach Road South, is an exquisite 6,700-square-foot residence featuring five bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Custom-built by J. Long Custom Homes in 2019 and designed by the late Architect, John Stirewalt, the home exemplifies the craftsmanship and attention to detail the company is known for. Notably, this was the last home designed by John Stirewalt, who had designed over 150 homes in a career spanning over 40 years on Figure Eight Island—which is home to some of the most famous people in the United States. Engineering for this oceanfront mansion was performed by WD Jones Engineering, PLLC.
